Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MEDET TLEUGABYLULY LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use Audiolog.

Summary

Data We Process

Audiolog processes and stores your entries, transcript text, timestamps, tags, and other journal metadata locally so core features work.

Audiolog may also process aggregate voice metrics such as energy, pauses, pitch variability, speech activity ratio, and quality score.

We do not intentionally collect profile information such as your name, phone number, or email through in-app account signup.

Voice Metrics and Insights

Voice metrics are measurement summaries used to provide feedback about changes in your own speaking patterns over time. They are interpreted relative to your personal baseline, not compared against other users.

Audiolog is designed so raw audio files are not persisted for this feature. The app uses transcript text and aggregate metric values.

Permissions

Audiolog may request permissions such as microphone and speech recognition to provide voice-to-text features, and optional biometric permissions if you enable app lock functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Your diary content is shared only when you choose to export or use iOS share flows.

Data Retention

Your journal data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, or remove the app. If you uninstall the app, local app data may be removed by iOS.

Children's Privacy

Audiolog is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
